After golf it was cocktail time! Guess who had the pink one! ...after that fine dining.
We ate at the most expensive fine dining restaurant in the area, called Ivens. It is situated on North Long lake. It is a different experience in the mid west. We had cocktails in the bar and entrees and then we moved into the restaurant to have the next two courses. It was a fun evening and both the cocktails and the food were great. I had a cocoloco which looked like a mojito, but wasn't and tasted much better. The main alcohol was coconut rum and the main liquid was ginger cordial, set up on ice and fresh mint leaves which really added to the flavour. Loved it!
